刪除帳號與資料

最快的方式：開啟念帳 App →「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」→ 確認，即可立即永久刪除你的帳號與伺服器上的所有資料。無法使用 App 時，請改用下方來信刪除。
方法一：在 App 內刪除（即時）
- 開啟念帳（Voinance）App。
- 前往 設定 → 帳號。
- 點選 刪除帳號，並確認。
送出後，我們會立即且不可復原地刪除你儲存在伺服器上的帳號與所有資料。
方法二：來信要求刪除（不需 App）
若你已無法登入或已移除 App，請寄電子郵件至 guagma0920@gmail.com：
- 主旨請寫「刪除帳號」。
- 請使用你登入念帳所用的 Email（Google 或 Apple 帳號的信箱）寄出，以便我們驗證身分。
我們會在收到後30 天內完成刪除並回覆確認。
只刪除部分資料（不必刪除帳號）
你不需要刪除整個帳號，也能移除資料：
- 在 App 內：可隨時刪除或編輯任一筆記帳紀錄，刪除後會永久清除。
- 來信：寄信至 guagma0920@gmail.com（主旨「刪除部分資料」、請用登入信箱寄出），說明要刪除的範圍，我們會在 30 天內處理。
會刪除哪些資料

保留期限與例外
- 除法律要求須保留者外，帳號刪除後我們不保留你的個人資料。
- 發票載具帳號與驗證碼僅以加密方式儲存在你的裝置上、從不上傳；移除 App 即一併清除。
- 語音音檔從不離開裝置，我們未曾儲存。
- 用於當機診斷／匿名分析的資料（Firebase）不含可識別你的資訊，並依該服務的政策保留。

Delete Your Account & Data

Fastest way: Open the Voinance app → Settings → Account → Delete Account → confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all data on our servers. If you can no longer use the app, use the email request method below.
Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the Voinance app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Once submitted, we immediately and irreversibly erase your account and all data stored on our servers.
Option 2: Request deletion by email (no app needed)
If you can no longer sign in or have removed the app, email guagma0920@gmail.com:
- Use the subject line “Delete Account”.
- Send it from the email you use to sign in (your Google or Apple account email) so we can verify your identity.
We will complete the deletion and confirm within 30 days.
Delete some data (without deleting your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data:
- In the app: delete or edit any expense record anytime; deleted records are permanently erased.
- By email: write to guagma0920@gmail.com (subject “Delete specific data”, from your sign-in email) describing what to delete, and we will process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted

Retention & exceptions
- Except where retention is legally required, we keep no personal data after account deletion.
- Your e-invoice carrier credentials are stored encrypted on your device only and never uploaded; they are cleared when you remove the app.
- Voice audio never leaves your device and is never stored by us.
- Crash-diagnostics / anonymous analytics data (Firebase) contains no information that identifies you and is retained per that service's policy.
