念帳的核心只有一個動作：開口說。這裡用短影片帶你看幾個讓記帳快到有點爽的小技巧。
按住就說，說完就記
按住中間的麥克風，直接說你花了什麼，放開就先幫你記下，AI 隨即補上分類和金額。想改任何欄位，點那筆帳打開編輯就好。
「午餐 150」一句話，記好幾筆
不用一筆一筆講。一口氣說完，念帳會自動幫你拆成分開的好幾筆帳。
「晚餐 150、咖啡 80、停車費 30」→ 三筆忘了記？講時間就補到那天
直接把時間說出來，念帳會自動記到正確的那一天，不用手動改日期。
「昨天的晚餐 200 塊」講一個新分類，它幫你建
說一個你還沒有的分類，念帳記完會跳出來問要不要新增，連圖示和顏色都幫你配好。
「紅包 2200 人情世故類」→ 新增「人情世故」分類 需開啟 設定 →「自動建立分類」（預設已開）固定收支，說一次就自動入帳
固定的房租、薪水、訂閱費，講一次就好。念帳會跳確認卡幫你建立固定收支，之後每期自動記帳。
「每個月房租 15000」 目前支援每月、每週；免費版可建 2 條，Premium 可建 100 條補上個月漏記的帳
切到「歷史」頁、先選好某一天，再用語音或手動新增，那筆帳就會記在你選的那天。補舊帳超方便。
週、月、自訂範圍隨你看
報表可以切週或月、左右滑動翻看不同期間，也能點日曆選一段自訂範圍，看那段時間的花費總結。
公告會主動跟你說一聲
Today 頁右上角的喇叭會顯示最新消息和小技巧，有紅點就是有新公告，點開就能看完整內容。
想要的功能，投票或直接許願
設定 →「許願池」看看其他人想要什麼、幫忙投票，或送出自己的點子。
卡關了？直接在 App 裡回報
設定 →「回報問題」可以和開發者一來一往討論、追蹤處理進度，不用寄信等回覆。

常見問題
語音記帳沒有反應？
請確認已允許 App 使用麥克風與語音辨識權限（系統「設定 → 念帳」可開啟），並在收訊或網路正常時再試一次。
怎麼取消訂閱？（iOS）
在 App 內「設定」即可升級 Premium。iOS 用戶請至 設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱項目管理或取消，取消後可使用到當期結束。
怎麼取消訂閱？（Android）
在 App 內「設定」即可升級 Premium。Android 用戶請至 Google Play → 右上角頭像 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱管理或取消，取消後可使用到當期結束。
發票載具串接是什麼？
綁定你的手機條碼後，財政部電子發票會自動匯入並分類。此為 Premium 功能，僅適用台灣電子發票。
免費版包含什麼？
免費版可無限次手動記帳、本機歷史記錄完整可看、CSV 匯入與匯出皆免費，並可建立 2 條固定收支規則；語音記帳的 AI 解析額度為每月 50 筆（1 筆＝1 個解析出的項目）。免費版所有記帳資料一樣會備份到伺服器，換機登入即可還原完整歷史，僅限單一裝置使用。
資料安全嗎？會備份嗎？
念帳以 Apple／Google 帳號登入、不另外設定密碼；資料傳輸全程 HTTPS 加密；裝置端的敏感資訊分別存放在 iOS Keychain 或 Android EncryptedSharedPreferences。所有用戶（含免費版）的記帳資料都會備份到伺服器，換機登入即可還原完整歷史。你也可以隨時在 App 內或 刪除帳號與資料 頁面刪除帳號與全部資料。
多人共用帳本怎麼運作？
建立共用帳本需要 Premium：建立後用一條邀請連結就能邀請成員加入，角色分擁有者／成員／唯讀，變更即時同步。沒有安裝 App 的朋友也能用網頁版直接看帳、記帳。若擁有者的 Premium 到期，其他成員會轉為唯讀。

Voinance comes down to one move: just say it. Here are a few short clips showing the tricks that make logging almost too easy.
Hold, speak, done
Hold the mic button and just say what you spent. It's saved the moment you let go, and AI fills in the category and amount right after. Tap any entry to edit any field.

No need to log them one by one. Say them all at once and Voinance splits them into separate entries.

Just include the time and Voinance lands it on the right day — no manual date editing.

Say a category you don't have yet and Voinance offers to add it after logging — icon and color picked for you.

Rent, salary, subscriptions — say it once. Voinance offers to create a recurring rule, then logs it automatically each period.

On the History tab, pick a day first, then add by voice or by hand — the entry lands on the day you selected. Great for catching up.
Weekly, monthly, or any range
Switch between weekly and monthly, swipe across periods, or tap the calendar to summarize any custom date range.
The bell keeps you posted
The bell in the top corner of Today shows the latest news and tips — a red dot means there's something new to see.
Vote for what you want, or ask for it
Settings → “Wish Pool” lets you check what others want, vote it up, or submit your own idea.
Hit a snag? Report it in the app
Settings → “Report a Problem” lets you message the developer back and forth and track the fix — no email needed.

Voice logging isn't responding?
Make sure you've granted the app Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions (System Settings → Voinance), and try again with a stable network connection.
How do I cancel my subscription? (iOS)
Upgrade to Premium from Settings inside the app. On iOS, manage or cancel a subscription at Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. It stays active through the end of the current billing period after you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription? (Android)
Upgrade to Premium from Settings inside the app. On Android, manage or cancel a subscription at Google Play → profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. It stays active through the end of the current billing period after you cancel.
What is e-invoice carrier sync?
Link your mobile barcode and your Taiwan government e-invoices are imported and categorized automatically. This is a Premium, Taiwan-only feature.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes unlimited manual entries, full local history, free CSV import and export, and up to 2 recurring rules. Voice logging's AI-parsing quota is 50 items/month (1 item = 1 parsed entry). Free-plan data is backed up to the server too — sign in on a new device to restore your full history — limited to a single device.
Is my data safe? Is it backed up?
Voinance signs you in with your Apple/Google account — no separate password. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. On-device sensitive data is stored in iOS Keychain or Android EncryptedSharedPreferences. Every user's data, including free-plan users, is backed up to the server — sign in on a new device to restore your full history. You can delete your account and all data any time in the app or on the Delete Account & Data page.
How do shared ledgers work?
Creating a shared ledger requires Premium. Once created, a single invite link lets others join; roles are owner/member/read-only and changes sync in real time. Friends without the app can view and log expenses via the web. If the owner's Premium lapses, other members drop to read-only.
